Keeping its tradition of culinary excellence at our luxury hotel Singapore (http://www.raffles.com/
suites/), Seafood Nights at Bar & Billiard Room serves a delicious line-up of fresh seafood such as freshly shucked Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Baked Baby Scallops, Black Mussels Marinière and ocean fresh fish.
Signature favourites of cured and smoked salmon, a wide selection of the finest cold cuts from Europe and a speciality pasta counter, prepared a la minute with fresh condiments from potted herbs, are also available at the delectable dinner buffet.
Further down the buffet spread, a French cheese counter awaits and enchanting rows of endless sweet creations end the buffet on a perfect note.
After dinner, linger over an after-dinner aperitif, including a fine selection of beverages such as single malts, cognacs, Armagnacs, champagnes, ports, sherries and Cuban cigars, at the Martini Bar.
