To be held 28 to 31 October in Minneapolis, Minn., at the Minneapolis Convention Center, this exciting four-day conference is designed to advance LGBT inclusion in the workplace. The Out & Equal Workplace Summit (http://outandequal.org/summit-2013) will convene more than 2,500 human resources and diversity professionals, employee resource group leaders, corporate executives, and LGBT allies for workshops, networking, and inspirational speakers. The Summit participants from several hundred of the world’s leading corporations will share and discuss leading practices impacting the LGBT workforce.

“The Annual Workplace Summit is the perfect platform from which to make powerful connections, share best practices, formulate a strategy that creates inclusive workplaces, and exemplifies commitment to equality,” says Selisse Berry, Out & Equal Founding Executive Director. “The abundance of activities and nationally celebrated keynote speakers result in an experience that has been described as ‘an enlightening watershed of information.’
