Spire Group, PC Adds Senior Auditor and Network Engineer

Feb. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- CLARK, New Jersey (February 12, 2013) – Spire Group, PC, a Certified Public Accounting firm with offices in Clark, Livingston and Jersey City, New Jersey, announced today that Padmaja Rao has joined the firm as Senior Auditor, and Pawel Pikul has joined as Network Engineer for SpirelT, an affiliate of Spire Group, PC.  

Padmaja Rao will serve on the firm’s not-for-profit and governmental services team.  As a senior auditor, Rao will focus on providing assurance services to the over 150 not-for-profit and governmental clients currently served by the firm. She will also mentor staff, and develop in-house training seminars, as well as assist with the implementation of the firm’s marketing plan.

Previously, Rao served as a Staff II Auditor at ParenteBeard LLC, where she performed financial statement audits of banks, insurance companies, healthcare institutions, and not-for-profit organizations, and was responsible for pre-audit planning and control testing. She earned her M.A. in Economics from Sambalpur University in India and her B.A. in Economics from Berhampur University in India. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.

As Network Engineer, Pawel Pikul will supervise the administration of network systems and servers to ensure availability of services to authorized users. His responsibilities include configuring and setting up firewalls, VPN concentrators and security appliances for access to vital business applications, as well as troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, and telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.

Prior to joining SpireIT, he worked as a computer and network professional and graphic designer at COMPiK Computer Services where he recommended strategies for network architecture and development, and provided advice and technical support to help people effectively use computer software and hardware. Pikul earned his B.S. from DeVry University.
