Following the success and feedback of the first Health, Occupation, Welfare and Safety (HOWS) Group in November 2012, we are very pleased to be holding two sessions in a few weeks time - one in Abingdon and the other in Aylesbury.

Each session is hosted by our team of three industry experts* who are all committed to balancing best practice with sound common sense. We also have a guest speaker bringing their own perspective on topical issues - no sales pitch. Just sound advice.

February is National Heart Month, so the guest speaker is starting at the top, with a reminder of why and how it is important that YOU put YOUR health on the agenda, plus providing an insight into the business value of keeping your teams' wellbeing a priority.

Wayne Campbell, from Healthy Performance (http://www.healthyperformance.co.uk/), has a wealth of experience providing advice and guidance to a wide range of businesses. We very much look forward to hearing his take on the business 5-a-day.

WHY HOWS?

The Health, Occupational, Welfare & Safety Group (HOWS Group) is a result of the collaboration of three complementary Oxfordshire businesses, whose three Directors are all passionate about their businesses and believe they can add value by sharing over 90 years (!) of combined knowledge. We can help you apply best practice in a common sense, cost effective, practical way whilst networking and sharing concerns with other business owners.
