Eagle Secure Shredding expands through Acquisition

Eagle Secure Shredding, an Atlanta shredding company, has acquired the document storage interests of Bridgewater Southern Enterprises,Inc (BSE).  The acquisition of BSE Information Management (BSE IM) expands the current document storage division of Eagle Secure Shredding and Document Management Services.

“We have always offered document storage solutions to our current shredding customers” said Ian Taylor, CEO of Eagle Secure Shredding. “The acquisition of BSE IM marks our first foray into storage for customers who are not legacy shredding customers”.

BSE IM has provided document storage solutions in the Atlanta area for many years. The divestiture of the document storage arm is to allow BSE to focus on other core business areas, unrelated to the document management industry.

“We are very pleased that we could reach an arrangement with Eagle Secure Shredding to take over our document storage division,” said Chip Perkins, CEO of Bridgewater Southern Enterprises. “We have worked with and known the people at Eagle for a number of years, and know that they will continue to provide the top notch service to which our customers have become accustomed” .  BSE IM customers records will be relocated to the Atlanta facility of Eagle Secure Shredding.
