EasyFoodandWine.com Continues Expansion of the Wine Guide

Feb. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Food and wine pairing website, EasyFoodandWine.com, has expanded its Wine Guide with the addition of a guide to the Merlot wine grape. This is part of a continuing effort to enhance the educational resources provided on the site for wine lovers and aficionados.

“Merlot is an extremely popular wine grape worldwide, but one that is often mis-understood and even maligned by some wine ‘experts’,” said Mike, co-founder of EasyFoodandWine.com. “Our guide to Merlot helps provide a useful overview to this grape, and explain the reasons for this fascinating divide in opinion.”

The Wine Guide on Easy Food and Wine contains overviews of many of the most popular wine grapes worldwide, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and now Merlot. Wine lovers can learn about the history of these grapes, their viticultural characteristics and taste profile, as well as the country’s where they are grown and well-known, famous producers of those varietals.
