Feb. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Semper Divina Clothing and Accessories has announced yet another customer oriented policy that will introduce a crediting system for backorders.  This new policy announcement comes shortly after Semper Divina published its new 110% price match guarantee which guarantees its customers the best prices before or up to 10 days after purchase.

What separates Semper Divina from the competition is their continuous strive to provide excellent customer service.  Semper Divina consistently encourages its customers to provide feedback on their shopping experience.  When their customers speak up, Semper Divina listens.  Even though Semper Divina works hard it terms of customer satisfaction, they have learned that suppliers may make this task daunting at times. Effective immediately, once an order is received through semperdivina.com and processed, if Semper Divina must contact the customer and tell them that their item it is currently on backorder, they can either cancel their order or receive a $10 gift certificate for waiting.  If the customer chooses to receive the gift certificate, the item will remain on backorder until it is available to ship - which could be from a few days to a few months.  If the item is cancelled after the gift certificate is rewarded, the gift certificate will be revoked.  If the gift certificate is used during this time, the order may not be cancelled.
