By: Umniah Over the period of 5 days, a group of 16 Umniah employees attended an intensive workshop designed and delivered by the renowned international trainer and consultant, Fay Niewiadomski of ICTN. Fay brings in an experience of more than 40 years with extensive work on attitude change through theatre. The workshop focused on specific skills related to the design of an effective training through the application of best techniques. Umniah employees enjoyed the course and interacted with each other to learn new skills, and now are in the process of preparing for their own training workshops. Umniah’s HR Director, Sami J commented: “Umniah’s strong sense of group unity and team spirit is part of what makes our success a reality. The launch of Umniah’s “Let’s Grow Together” initiative reflects our commitment to building the careers of our employees. We believe in their potential and will continue to develop their skills to become authoritative trainers passing down knowledge and helping their colleagues flourish at work.” He added: “We are glad to have partnered with Fay Niewiadomski of ICTN, a brilliant train the trainer; the program proved to be unique and effective and our employees will benefit from it during their day to day work.
