By: Real Estate Wealth Advisors, LLC Our Churches have placed a great demand on our Pastors and Leadership teams, yet somewhat non empathetic to the major overload of responsibilities our Clergy face today! Most Pastors have a staff composed of part-time volunteers that either lack the skills, education and or time to effectively accomplish the cascaded tasks, which often times carries a major cost. These disconnects often times yields to morale decline, financial instability, and apathy! In ministry our small churches have to work with great individuals who avail themselves for ministry work, despite the lack of skills. They may have big hearts, but are not qualified with the talent to perform tasks proficiently. Meanwhile, our Pastors are faced with weekly juggling acts, which goes way beyond the term of “multi tasking”, yet are expected to effectively train unqualified individuals, despite needing help themselves. Eventually things fall through the cracks, due to the lack of know how and follow through from volunteering staff members. Now the Church has a new problem with "Brother/Sister Big Heart" who begins to drift away, due to mutual frustration and disappointment. This is a major problem because the Church is no longer a safe place for "Brother/Sister Big Heart!" Only if there were resources provided to educate those available Big Hearts! So, what to do? The resource and capacity is not there from a balance sheet perspective to hire a full-time qualified CFO, like that of our mega churches that operate like Fortune 500 companies. Mega Churches realize that retention of its workforce is equally important to its hiring of new employees; therefore, they thrive by going to great extremes to recruit and retain its best talent. Unfortunately, at times they take away the talented few from the smaller Churches. I digress. Ultimately Jesus is the head of the Church, so I must start with him. Jesus realized that we need qualified advisors/counselors. Jesus states in Luke 14: 28-30: “28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it— 29 lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, 30 saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish’?” Churches & Pastors need trusted advisors to assist in the following 7 key tasks: - Provide relevant & real time Expertise and Education. - Evaluate from an objective perspective. - Seek to understand your needs and goals. - Work hand in hand towards formulating strategies. - Maximize network. - Provide economical solutions. - Increase Growth and Profit Margins. The Church must be equipped strategically to combat the known problems of capacity, resource, and education. I have put together an affordable plan to position our Churches to win, by way of virtual business management! Real Estate Wealth Advisors virtual management services provides solutions towards solving the deficient areas of the Church, from a business perspective. Our flow structure is designed to take a great load away from our Pastors, leaders, and volunteers. A major benefit of a Virtual Manager is that he or she is a silent leader, which helps God's Messengers to proclaim the word free of the extra load. God has called me to help as a vessel to be used for the edification and effective management of his Church! I have been called to humbly work in the background to assist our Churches, Pastors, and leaders to effectively carry out his will and purpose!
