EVS Translations Receives ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN 15038 Quality Certification

DIN EN 15038 is the only quality standard for translation services worldwide. It gives both translation services providers and their clients clear criteria for achieving and assessing the highest quality of language translation services.

EVS Translations was awarded these certifications by TÜV Rheinland - a globally recognized accreditation organization that leads the way in the development of quality standards.

TÜV Rheinland performed an in-depth and rigorous audit process, working closely with the EVS Translations team to determine quality standards and verify their compliance.

To meet all the requirements, EVS Translations underwent a process lasting almost a year that included implementing a quality management system to analyze customer requirements, improve existing procedures, define quality objectives and secure them on a sustained basis.

As a result, EVS Translations processes and procedures were defined to enable strict quality assurance and continual improvement, meet applicable regulatory requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
