Bizpunditz (App, website) is a truly mobile learning platform for enterprises. It is India’s first digital learning content library where top business practitioners share their experiences through short video films.

HR departments can now let their always-on-the-move employee base to access corporate training videos on their mobiles. Moreover, Bizpunditz also provides for training on laptops, desktops and other web enabled devices. The mobile learning platform also provides the training material in the form of videos. The site has a repository of videos conducted with veteran Indian CEOs on topics like Innovation, Handling Gen Y, Leadership, Career building etc.

“There has been no organised effort to capture the knowledge of Indian corporate leaders who have a wealth of experience to share and mobile is a flexible and efficient medium to deliver content on the go,” says Anita Bhogle, an alumnus of IIT-Bombay and IIM-Ahmedabad and Director – Content, Bizpunditz.com. Currently, the video library has 160 videos and growing at about 10-15 videos per month. “We will continue this ramp up on the content side.”

Bizpunditz is innovating on the tech and business front as well. “On the tech front, we want to improve the app experience better and are working on features like social sharing, which was missing from the enterprise app. On the business front, we will be exploring partnerships with Learning Management System (LMS) providers to grow faster.” says Divyesh Kharade, Director – Technology, Bizpunditz.com.

In the enterprise market, the platform operates on a per-user-license model. “Apart from the content, we offer analytics, white-labeling, content management console, campaign/schedule based delivery of learning to upload other content, etc.” says Kharade. In the B2C market, professionals can go with a freemium model. Bizpunditz has opened access to some videos in the library for public viewing to get a trial of the product before buying a subscription.

Professionals are interested in listening to leaders for career development; the learning platform has recently launched their introductory Individual subscription plan for Rs. 1500 per year.

As with any enterprise product, reaching the decision maker efficiently is the biggest challenge hence Bizpunditz is working on a mix of direct sales and referrals to optimize the process. “We are also getting a few requests for a desktop version for classroom training initiatives. We will be launching one soon.” Says Kharade.

Users can subscribe (on a free demo basis) to these videos through the mobile app on iOS, Android and Blackberry platforms.
