These companies are using the Bizpunditz Video library for training and development of junior to CXO level managers. In the enterprise market, the platform operates on a per-user-license model. “Apart from the content, we offer analytics, white-labeling, content management console, campaign/schedule based delivery of learning to upload other content, etc.” says Kharade. In the B2C market, professionals can go with a freemium model. Bizpunditz has opened access to some videos in the library for public viewing to get a trial of the product before buying a subscription. Professionals are interested in listening to leaders for career development; As with any enterprise product, reaching the decision maker efficiently is the biggest challenge hence Bizpunditz is working on a mix of direct sales and referrals to optimize the process. “We are also getting a few requests for a desktop version for classroom training initiatives.
