The Lovering Auto Group Continues to Serve the Community

Feb. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Lovering Volvo of Concord is pleased to announce that the Lovering Auto Group gave more than $45,000 to local charities and non-profit organizations in 2012. Most of the organizations sponsored by Lovering could not operate the way they do without the generous support of the community, and this kind of help allows them to broaden their own outreach and further enrich the community.

Earlier this year, Lovering took part in the “Bids for Kids” auction to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Nashua. The proceeds raised at the annual auction help the Boys and Girls Club fund its regular activities. Every day, hundreds of area parents trust the Club to engage their children during after-school hours. The Club has facilities where children can play games, participate in sports, swim, get homework and career help, and socialize.


Transportation is a huge annual cost for the Club, and donations from the community ensure that children are able to get to and from the center safely, as well as participate in intramural sporting events.


Lovering has also been a strong part of the local arts community, giving money to support Interlakes Theatre and the Capital Center for the Arts. Interlakes is a summer theatre located in Meredith, NH on Lake Winnipesaukee that helps to strengthen tourism in the Lakes Region.


They also have a summer program that gives young actors a chance to hone their skills in front of an audience. Capital Center for the Arts plays host to a wide range of cultural events, ranging from theatrical to musical performance.Other community organizations that Lovering donated to this year include LRG Healthcare, the Hollis Club Scouts, the Nashua Soup Kitchen, Home Health and Hospice, the Laconia Area Community Land Trust Membership, Cure with Hope, and the Humane Society of Greater Nashua.
