Match Canada Emerges Strong in Canadian Eyewear Market

Feb. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Toronto, ON – Since New York based Match Eyewear purchased Toronto’s Optiq Frames back in August of 2012, the goals have been fluid integration and continued expansion.  The success of this strategy has culminated in an exciting new venture, Match Canada.  

Founded in 1970, Optiq distributes several licensed and proprietary brands throughout Canada, and had been Match Eyewear’s Canadian distributor since 2011.  Match Canada is now united with Optiq, providing the North American market with a wider portfolio of brands to appeal to virtually every demographic group.
