Luvin My History: Celebration of Praise (Barack) secures International Digital Distribution
Feb. 1, 2013 - For Black History Month, People Involved in Motivating Our Students Higher releases Luvin My History: Celebration of Praise (Barack). First Black History Doc of its kind, combines Arts & Education through the eyes of today’s youth.
PIMOSH Publishing Company, producers of Crunch Bunch media products includes titles like “Luvin’ My Numbers” "A Christmas Letter" and “Luvin’ Language Arts,” which features young Brandon “Avery” Wilson (NBC’s the Voice season 3).
This new Luvin' My History project highlights other extremely talented youth on the rise - taking you on the journey of Black American History from the Transatlantic slave trade to the now first African American President Barack (Michelle) Obama.

PIMOSH Publishing Company (ASCAP) is the umbrella which is in the business of producing quality child and adolescent educational tools (media) students can use. PIMOSH Program Director and Co- Founder, Patrina S Reddick, MSW, notably known as Ms. Patrina, states “We are providing alternatives to black stereotypes both heard and seen through common media outlets like Radio and TV. Parents should protect their children from adult material - It’s their job.”
People Involved in Motivating Our Students Higher (PIMOSH) is also host to Rizing Starz Boot-camp Arts Education Conference for Kids, where extremely talented students come from all over the country to be trained as professionals through opportunities that provide age-appropriate experience. The ultimate outcome is to feature in projects like Luvin’ My History: Celebration of Praise (Barack).
Project features extremely talented students from Alexandria (VA), Baltimore (MD), Boston (MA), Charlotte, Davidson, and Gastonia (NC), New Haven and West Haven (CT), New York, NY, and Washington (DC).
With this release, Luvin’ My History (the Soundtrack) is offered to accompany the Black History Documentary. It embodies old negro spirituals like “Lift Every Voice and Sing” and “We’ve Come this far by Faith” along with new this generation original hits like “Look @ Us (Black Folks Anthem),” “2 da Front (of the Bus),” and “Lift Ur Voice (The RE-MIX).”
