TelecomFinance reveals Deal of the Year winners
TelecomFinance has announced the three winners of the TelecomFinance Deal of the Year Awards.The winners were selected by the global telecommunications title from a range of landmark transactions including M&A, IPOs,and debt deals, completed in 2012.

TelecomFinance has announced the three winners of the TelecomFinance Deal of the Year Awards.
The winners were selected by the global telecommunications title from a range of landmark transactions including M&A, IPOs, and debt deals, completed in 2012.
The presentation ceremony, now in its eighth year, took place during the ‘TelecomFinance Conference & Awards 2013’ in London.
The winners of Europe Deal of the Year, Middle East & Africa Deal of the Year and Global IPO of the Year include:
Europe Deal of the Year
American Tower’s €393m acquisition of KPN’s E-Plus towers in Germany
Middle East & Africa Deal of the Year
IHS US$284m acquisition of MTN’s Uganda and Cote d’Ivoire towers
Global IPO of the Year
Telefonica O2 Deutschland €1.45bn IPO of a 23% stake
