Crystal Computer Consulting Announces Staff Changes!

Jan. 31, 2013 - PRLog -- Crystal Computer Consulting is pleased to announce the promotion of Randy Kersten to the Drector of Operations and the additions of Pam Mepham as a System Support Specialist, Gavin Quamme as an IT Consultant and Louis Falligant as an IT consultant.

Randy’s many years in the computer industry have given him vast experience in the ever changing IT landscape.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Management Computer Systems.  This, coupled with past management and IT  experience with Fortune 500 companies has given him a strong understanding of the ever changing role of IT.  His wife and three children drive him to excel, as he aspires to uphold business ethics and maintain an honest and fair approach to all business dealings.  His ability to connect with customers on a personal level makes him ideal to manage hardware, software, and network infrastructures that redefine the relationship between engineer, customer, and solution.

Pam’s experience working in information technology for the past 18 years has given her the knowledge to serve and support the hardware, software, training and networking requirements of customers ranging from SMB to enterprise clients across all vertical markets.  Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her extremely qualified in the areas of process improvements, project management, and customer support.  Her ability to communicate with people of all skill levels provides a high degree of comfort to customers.  Her thirst for continuing education keeps her up-to-date with current technologies and business requirements.

Gavin, a 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Information Technology Infrastructure, has had a strong interest in technology since childhood. He built computers for family and friends early on in his high school years. He has been eagerly expanding his knowledge of IT and plans to continue to grow with the industry. His Midwest roots give him a strong sense of community and drive him to help and appreciate neighbors, friends, family, and customers alike with whatever the need.

Louis, a 2011 graduate of Western Governors University with a BS degree in Information Technology, has been working in the industry since 2005. He draws from this experience in customer service and his education in order to successfully help those in need of support and/or consultation.  Louis has a strong work ethic built on honesty and fairness, and truly enjoys helping to resolve customer problems with hardware/software in the most logical and reasonable way possible.  His goal is to effectively communicate with others and bridge the gap between users, particularly those with non-technical backgrounds, and their equipment in order to provide them with a solid workflow each and every day.
