Hudson Valley Kids Martial Arts Classes at Precision Mixed Martial Arts in Lagrange, NY

Jan. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Precision Mixed Martial Arts has expanded its Hudson Valley Kid’s martial arts program. Classes are now available 7 days a week for kids to train karate, kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu at one of the best gyms in the entire Hudson Valley.  

The kids program at Precision Mixed Martial Arts is specifically designed to foster personal growth for all who enroll.  Kids benefit physically by getting regular exercise from elite professional martial artists which will help them develop balance, strength, coordination, cardiovascular health and endurance.  Kids across the Hudson Valley suffer from type 2 diabetes, childhood obesity and poor body image.  The regular exercise provided by martial arts training helps kids avoid the pitfalls of these terrible diseases.
