Prior to joining ThinkNow, Milam was Client Services Manager, West Coast at Mediamark Research & Intelligence where he worked with Fortune 100 companies to help them maximize their return on their research investment.  Prior to that he was a Senior Analyst at Warner Bros. Media Research.
