Jan. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- The Tables Turned were finishing up tracks for their upcoming first release EP entitled "The Tables Turned," when, just before the NFC Championship game between the Atlanta Falcons and the San Francisco 49ers, The Tables Turned member, and producer "DJ No Shame," came up with an idea for a new 49ers anthem entitled, "The Empire's Back." Quickly No Shame set down the basic tracks, and as soon as his friend "Armstrong" (Former USC Trojan Linebacker Armand Holland) walked through the door to watch the game, he was shuttled into the studio to write the lyrics for the song. The Tables Turned had plans to work with Armstrong on their second EP, entitled "Hearing Voices," due out later this year, but the opportunity came early to join forces for the collaboration.

"Working with Armstrong is exciting for us, every time you think he just came up with the perfect lyric, he hits you with another one. He's a musical linebacker. I can't imagine what he went through coming so close to his dream of being an NFL player, only to have an injury take it away. I just feel if there is anything we can do to help him realize his dream of a career in music, we would be honored to do so," stated, The Tables Turned member, Jimmy Moreno.
