Smith Insurance finds new way to Donate Cash to Rochester New York Charities

Jan. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Not your typical insurance agency, Smith Insurance in Rochester NY as a program to reward everyone in the community.

Rochester, NY 2013:  Building a stronger community is a goal of the Gerard P Smith Insurance Agency.  Now through December 31, 2013, Smith Insurance will donate $50 per month to a Rochester charity thanks to referrals from clients and members of the community!  Every Month, Smith Insurance will draw a name out of a hat that has been entered in to the contest because they referred someone for an insurance quote.  The winner will be asked to choose a local charity and Smith Insurance will immediately donate $50 to the chosen organization!

This is an expansion of the Smith Insurance Agency’s Referral Rewards Program that the agency has had in place for the past three years.  “Everyone who refers someone to our agency receives prizes and a chance at our Bi-Annual Grand Prize iPad mini drawing to be held in July and December. We’ve just raised the bar to help the community by donating cash every month” states Ian Smith.  “My family has been selling insurance in Rochester New York for over 45 years. We felt this was an opportunity to give something back to the community that has been so good to us.”

Smith Insurance Agency is a charter member of the National Society of Agents for Consumer Education was named Travelers Insurance Agenct of the Year in New York State for 2012.
