Fleetmatics Files Registration Statement for Proposed Follow-On Offering

Jan. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock. All of the shares to be sold in the offering will be sold by Fleetmatics Investor Holdings, L.P., the principal stockholder of the company.  In addition, certain of the existing stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to sell 1,050,000 shares of the company’s common stock.  Fleetmatics will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.

Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, William Blair and Pacific Crest Securities are acting as co-managers for the offering.
