Suplicki Joins Coldwell Banker United
makes decision to represent Pensacola's top Real Estate Agency
A resident since 2004, Mr. Suplicki has been actively involved in real estate since 2006 when he purchased his first investment property. He has since had holdings in several states, primarily investing in residential properties. In 2007 he obtained his Florida Contractors License and founded Gulf Coast Concrete Structures in an effort to promote the use of precast concrete walls in residential construction. He also earned a following through his involvement with residential construction projects and his willingness to help novice real estate investors navigate the process of buying and renovating homes.
A construction manager by profession, he has held project management responsibilities at numerous successful commercial projects across a number of states, most recently completing an assignment at the one of a kind, architectural masterpiece, Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and State Museum in Natchitoches.
This partnership with Coldwell Banker United will result in the addition of full service Realtor activities to his already successful construction management and real estate investor services.
