Thousands Desiring to End Human Suffering Will Gather at Venues Across Southern California Feb 2-9

Jan. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES: SoCal Oneness, a local, grassroots presence of Oneness University, a spiritual organization founded to alleviate human suffering at its roots by awakening humanity into oneness, announced today that they will be hosting a series of events during a “Week of Grace”, which will take place in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego from Feb 2-9, 2013.  The focus of each event is to help people end internal suffering through Awakening or Enlightenment and gain the same level of inner freedom and awareness as saints and sages achieved through the ages, sought by most religious and spiritual traditions, and described in modern day works like the Power of Now and A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle*; Loving What Is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life by Byron Katie*; and The End of Your World: Uncensored Straight Talk on the Nature of Enlightenment by Adyashanti *. People who attend events during the “Week of Grace” will have the opportunity to talk to, sit in meditation with, and receive energy transfers from local, regular people who are known to have Awakened to Oneness and are in higher states of consciousness. “The central understanding of Oneness is that inner transformation and awakening is not an outcome of a mere intellectual understanding but a neurobiological process in the brain, whereby one’s experience of life is redefined at its core”, said Doug Bentley, a monk from the Oneness University in India and responsible for the Oneness Communities in the USA and Canada. “This is achieved by the process of the Oneness Blessing or Deeksha which is an energy transfer that brings about growth in consciousness”, continued Bentley. “Over a hundred million people across the planet are experiencing this Divine Phenomenon known as Deeksha which starts a profound process of spiritual awakening in a person. Recently we’ve introduced the Oneness Meditation which is a powerful meditation where Divine Energies are transmitted through the eyes of the Oneness Meditator.  The Oneness Meditation creates a neurobiological shift that naturally accelerates the Awakening process.”
