Jared Blake to play impromptu show in Guntersville

Jan. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- NASHVILLE, Tenn., January 26, 2013 –Songwriter and country music artist, Jared Blake loves the small towns and proves it with the addition of the Saturday, February 16th show in Guntersville, AL. The shaved-head, gritty vocalist left lasting impressions on the hit show “The Voice”. Blake has been going hard since his semi-finalist place on the show. His debut album is expected later this year. He began his acoustic tour immediately following his release and continued in 2012 with a coast-to-coast band tour, promising an even bigger 2013 to his fans.

“We’re amped up to have Jared Blake and his band join us for a big party evening here,” states venue owner Bubba Thurman.  “We’ve been talking to his management for quite a few months now to work out a date in their busy tour schedule to play for us here at ‘Somewhere on the Lake’ and now’s the chance.”   This is the first scheduled date for the area.

Jared Blake, the small city boy himself (Star City, AR) is inviting fans to come out to sign his guitar, party with the band, and make memories. The fan-dubbed “country grunge” singer stated, “I’ve never been to Guntersville and the most exciting part of my job is going to new places to meet new people, and in a couple of weeks we’ll be right there with ‘em!”
