By: IndieGameStand While most other sites of the “pay what you want” model tend to focus on pure sales and revenue, Indie Game Stand is making it a point to “stand up” for the developers that use their service. The secure developer “portal” was created by the IGS team to make the entire experience easy for developers to use. It take only a short amount of time to get their game set up and scheduled for approval by IGS. Since the boom of indie games in the past few years, it has become difficult for indie developers to reach their target audiences through client based services such as Steam. With the amount of games being produced increasing the ability to stay visual to the gaming audience it becoming a difficult task. Although Steam offers a service they call “Greenlight” This short video created by the IGS team shows just how easy it is for developers to set their projects up in the “portal”. http://www.youtube.com/ Founded in 2012, IndieGameStand.com is a new, low-barrier- Sites: www.IndieGameStand.com www.twitter.com/ www.youtube.com/ For more information on Indie Game Stand please contact: info@indiegamestand.com End
