Montrio Bistro Announces is 2013 Artisan Series Schedule
Mark your calendar! Montrio Bistro in Monterey will be having 3 Artisan Series classes from March – November 2013.
MONTEREY – CA Montrio Bistro will be conducting 3 Artisan Series classes from March – November 2013. Class dates are all Saturdays; March 16th, June 1st and November 9th. During each class, attendees will meet local Artisans, enjoy lunch with Chef Tony Baker and sip tasty libations. Chef Baker says that these classes are "all about learning, enjoying and feeling good about what you eat!” Reservations are needed so call (831) 648-8881. The first class is all about the “Easter Meal” where Ham is the star – Come Get a
Taste and will be held on Saturday, March 16th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Whether you’re planning a simple brunch or a meal for a crowd, let Chef Baker walk you through how to make the perfect Easter ham. You’ll learn brining and flavor tips for ham as well as where to locally source your farm-raised ham for Easter.
Chef Baker offers scrumptious, tried and true recipes, tips and coaching to help make you a fabulous home cook while enjoying a three course lunch paired with local wines. Each class is $55 plus tax and gratuity. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your Easter Ham from Chef Baker’s local famer during this class only.

November 9th – Get ready for the holidays! Chef Baker will teach you how to
make gifts for your favorite foodie while Bella Brancato from Bella’s Studio will be offering artisan wrapping ideas and Montrio’s Mixologist will show you how to craft holiday cocktails! Ring in the holidays at Montrio Bistro’s final artisan class of 2013.
