PRO EM To Play Big Part in Honoring Military & Veterans at PGA Tour's WM Phoenix Open

Jan. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- (PHOENIX) — Phoenix-based professional event management company, PRO EM Party & Event Rentals, will be the title sponsor of the Birdies for the Brave Patriots’ Outpost and Operation Shower group baby shower for military moms-to-be. The Birdies for the Brave Patriots’ Outpost is a new venue to show appreciation for active, reserve or retired military members attending the PGA Tour’s 2013 Waste Management Phoenix Open. PRO EM contributed $25,000 and donated resources for the two events.

New in 2013 at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, Birdies for the Brave Patriots’ Outpost is exclusively for servicemen and women and their families from Jan. 30-Feb. 3 attending the annual PGA Tour event at TPC Scottsdale. All active, reserve and military retirees with official military IDs are invited to visit the Birdies for the Brave Patriots’ Outpost located the near the 18th tee box during the tournament.

PRO EM will also play an active role in Operation Shower on Jan. 29 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Waste Management Phoenix Open for 40 local military moms-to-be whose spouses are deployed members of Luke Air Force base and other military institutions. During the shower, the moms will enjoy lunch, share stories and talk to other military moms-to-be and have a chance to win raffle prizes. Each mom will also receive Operation Shower’s signature “Shower in a Box,” an array of unique, high quality products and gift items for mothers and babies that have been generously donated by other companies.

For the 12th consecutive year, all active, reserve and military retirees and one accompanied guest can also receive free admission every day during the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
