-- Food and wine pairing website, http://www.EasyFoodandWine.com, has relaunched a dedicated section for Valentine’s Day gift ideas. As part of the site’s Gift Guide, the updated Valentine’s Day section features gourmet food and wine gifts ideal for giving to a food or wine lover for this holiday.
s Day is for Lovers – especially lovers of food and wine,” said Mike, co-founder of EasyFoodandWine.com. “This holiday is all about enjoying a bit of indulgence with loved ones, and a gourmet gift is a great way to treat that special someone.”
The Valentine’s Day Gift Guide includes a variety of food and wine gift ideas, such as Valentine’s Day themed gift sets with wine, chocolates or other luxurious treats. In addition to gift sets, other gourmet gift ideas in the section include Valentine’s-
themed wine bottles and high-end meal packages from celebrated providers such as Omaha Steaks. Other ideas can be found in the rest of the Gift Guide, which features Books, Kitchen Accessories, Gourmet Food Items and Wines. All featured items can be purchased by following links from the site to major e-retailers.
“It can be hard to find an inspiring Valentine’s gift that you know will delight the person receiving it,” added Amy, Mike’s wife and co-founder of EasyFoodandWine.com. “All the gifts are items Mike and I have personally selected – so our fans can shop with confidence their gift will be enjoyed and appreciated.”
Amy and Mike Kass, a husband and wife, founded EasyFoodandWine.com in 2008 to provide simple, easy-to-make recipes paired with wines that any home cook or enthusiast could prepare and enjoy. Mike is the family’s ‘chef’ and designs each of the site’s recipes, and Amy is the ‘wine expert’ and chooses the wine pairings for each recipe. Each recipe is paired with two wines – a more affordable ‘Steal’ wine (under $15) and a pricier ‘Splurge’ selection.
New recipes and articles are added several times a month. Readers who would like to receive new postings as they can come out can sign up for the EasyFoodandWine.com newsletter at the site, or can follow the site on Twitter at @easyfoodandwine or on Facebook.
