Aphrodisiac dinner, romantic escape lure lovers to Inn at Honey Run for Valentine's Day

•   An appetizer of baked blue point oysters is prepared with bacon, artichokes and spinach.
Oysters' age-old reputation for increasing sexual desire comes from their high zinc content, which helps produce sperm and increase sex drive. Artichokes also are believed to have libido-increasing qualities; so much so, that in 16th-century Europe, women were prohibited from eating them.

•   For the entree, a Love Triangle of petite filet mignon is served with lump crabmeat cake, heirloom tomato/lobster risotto, baby vegetables in truffle butter and sauce maltais (orange-scented béarnaise).
The beef fillet helps curb prolactin production, a hormone that can dampen sex drive. Like oysters, crab serves up loads of potein, zinc and B12, all key for maintaining sexual desire.  Vitamin E-packed veggies increase testosterone, estrogen and progesterone, which circulate in the bloodstream and stimulate sexual response.  Truffles' pungent, earthy smell are proven to attract the opposite sex.

•   For dessert, the “Hot Chocolate” is a warm cake is served with marinated strawberries, white chocolate gelato and peppered orange caramel.
