No Way Josie Drops Debut LP FREAKNESS on 1/26/2013

Indie synth-pop duo, No Way Josie, release their debut LP FREAKNESS on Saturday, January 26th, 2013.
Jan. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Indie dance-pop power duo, No Way Josie, will be releasing their debut LP FREAKNESS on January 26, 2013.

Departing from the polished edges of their self-titled EP, and entering a darker, more gritty basement sound is No Way Josie’s way of “returning to Brooklyn,” says front woman KymNonStop.

No Way Josie’s debut album received more than 40,000 downloads in its first week of release.

On January 26, the group will hold a release party at Cameo Gallery in Brooklyn – headlining for Ducky and Psychic Twin.

No Way Josie is the project of two NYC bike messengers banned from using front doors. Multi-instrumentalist/producer Andrew Toews (aka DJ Fake Money) & singer/songwriter Kym Perfetto (KymNonStop) met while racing alleycats and began collaborating in early 2011. The result? Music you would expect from two hyperactive kids that prefer to play in traffic: heavy beats, catchy hooks, sassy vocals and plenty of whomp.

Feel free to post any and all information within this press release, as well as, links and music: (includes a free download of the latest single: Freakness)
