Georgia Beverage Distributor Will Be Relocating to a Larger Facility in 2013

STONE MOUNTAIN, GA – (January 24, 2013) Eagle Rock Distributing Company (http://www.eaglerocks.com/), a leading beverage distributor of beer, wine and liquor throughout Georgia, today announced it will be relocating its operations to Gwinnett County at the end of the year.  The warehouse and office facilities will be located at 6205 Best Friend Road, Norcross, GA 30071.

         “As we continue to consistently add brands to our beverage portfolio we have outgrown our current locations, we in turn need to expand our warehouse space to accommodate our growing needs,” said Steve Economos, Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Rock Distributing Company.  “With this move, we will also be able to increase our operating efficiency by combining both our Stone Mountain and Dalton operations into one warehouse location, while continuing to successfully service our customers throughout the state of Georgia.”

         The new Norcross warehouse is approximately 295,000 square feet, which is more than double the size of Eagle Rock’s current warehouse space.  The relocation will better support Eagle Rock’s continued portfolio growth and expansion and provide an enjoyable working environment for current and future employees.  Eagle Rock will continue to employ approximately 300 employees and will be creating new job opportunities upon moving to the new location.
