The objective is to keep the Mind Focused on that Symbol. Find a Quite place and Time to do your Technique. The end Goal here is to  go for several minutes without any other thought other than your chosen Symbol. Start with one minute intervals and slowly increase over time, until you reach that seven minute mark. If you can distract all other thoughts even for a minute that's "excellent" remember Great Success comes with Small Steps.

Once you have mastered this Technique you can use it anytime, anywhere, with anyone. Having a Mind Clear of Negative Thoughts especially when approaching Women is Crucial. She will notice how attentive, calm, and Focused you are, and you will also receive a boost of Confidence as the night progresses.
