Will Ocean Avenue Business Opportunity Do $30 Million in The First Year

The other night we were on our Vision call for Ocean Avenue and they announced the goal of the company for 2013 is to do $30 million. This is our 1st year in business since we prelaunched in Nov 2012. I don’t know of many companies who can say they did $30 million their first year in network marketing. I actually don’t know many companies outside of network marketing that can say they did that too.

Based on my knowledge of the industry and what I have seen happening within Ocean Avenue, I truly believe we will hit that number and beyond in 2013. Ocean Avenue is a very special company. One that only comes by once in a generation. There is so much we are seeing with Ocean Avenue that we can’t sleep much anymore because we are so excited.

I have seen many launches but none can even come close in comparison to Ocean Avenue. They have everything together to become one of the giants in the industry. You may be saying how do I know that? It is one of those feelings you have plus it is based on what I know too.

Over the years I have watched many companies come and go and I have also watched a handful of companies who became giants like Xango, MonaVie & Visalus. These are 3 companies that went into momentum. Very few companies have done that. They all 3 have developed a culture within their company.

We can even look at Amway, they are the master at developing culture because not only look at how big they are but they are still around after all these years. Those of us who are in other companies owe Amway a big thank you as they are the reason we all exist. They paved the way for us especially with their fight in the 70′s when they were called illegal. They did not falter but they rose to the occasion and proved over many years that they were 100% legal so because of that we all are part of this great industry called network marketing.

Culture is the most important ingredient that I have seen in companies who make it to momentum versus those who just sit there and never really get off the ground. I have seen many companies that have great products, great leadership, and a great comp plan but never got off the ground because they did not have the one ingredient it takes and that is culture.

For some reason the companies that do not make it just do not develop a culture. I do not know why but they do not get their ambassadors to buy into what they are doing. If you can’t get your team to buy into what you are doing then you will never develop the culture that you need to be a giant in the industry.

So do we have culture? You better believe it. I have never seen culture developed so fast in a company in my life. It usually takes several years to really develop culture because it takes time to get people to buy into the vision of the company. From what I am seeing many people not only have already bought into our vision but are spreading the word very quickly about our vision.

I am seeing things I have never seen within our great industry and this excites me because I realize that we are on the ride of our lives. We found a company that is destined to go into momentum in a few years. Very few companies ever get there. Usually when you are in growth phase, momentum happens the year after you hit $75-$100 million a year in revenue.

Here is my prediction for Ocean Avenue. I predict we will hit $30 million in 2013, $50 million in 2014, $75 million in 2015 and then start the momentum phase. Then in 2016 we will be in FULL momentum. Are you ready to ride this awesome wave with us?
