With the shortage of technology talent, companies must understand and know that careful assessment of technology resource acquisition and constant monitoring of competitive hiring strategies is vital for the success of their organizations.
Another part of today’s reality is that where the quantity and quality of resources is insufficient, technology departments are at risk of suffering morale and retention problems.
