Our fifth generation Texas child support calculator determines guideline child support in Texas for the year 2013, taking into the changes made by the "fiscal cliff" legislation.
Jan. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- VernerLegal, developer of apps for the legal profession, has released the 2013 version of the Texas Child Support Calculator.

Our 2013 Texas Child Support Calculator has a new feature this year: Texas law has changed to allow those who make mandatory retirement plan contributions instead of paying social security to deduct those contributions from net resources.

Input no more than six variables and the app will compute the amount of child support payable monthly, twice per month, every two weeks and weekly.

* Whether self employed

* Gross income (annually, monthly, twice per month, every other week or weekly)

* Number of children before court

* Cost of health insurance for children

* Number of other children supporting

* Mandatory retirement contribution if no social security paid
