Lose 20 Pounds in Thirty Days this February during the “Maximized Living Weight Loss Challenge”
The 2013 Weight Loss Challenge kicks off with an educational rally at DL Parson’s Theater at the Northglenn Recreation Center, hosted by Dr. Joe Arvay. Then, team together to win prizes and reach your weight loss goals.
From 2 – 4pm on February 2nd, the free “Maximized Living Weight Loss Challenge” kicks off with an educational rally at D.L. Parson’s Theater at the Northglenn Recreation Center, hosted by Dr. Joe Arvay, who has served as chiropractor and performance coach to the Colorado Rapids and several Olympic teams. Those at the kickoff rally and teams that make progress can win substantial prizes donated by local businesses like Qdoba and Sam’s Club.
At the rally, Dr. Arvay will share the latest research behind healthful weight loss, so people can establish—and maintain—a proper weight with quick workouts and diet.
In order to win prizes, residents will team together and earn points by attending free and simple workouts at Dr. Joe’s Maximized Living Clinic or by losing inches and pounds through application of scientific weight loss principles and other exercise.
A few of these simple concepts will help people of all ages restore proper hormone function and lose their first 20 pounds:
- How quick surge training-based jumpstart weight loss
- Why some low-fat and non-fat foods can cause steady weight gain
- How common food sources inhibit the function of leptin, a weight-loss hormone.
