-- Lori Pepenella, a member of NJ Tourism and Community Relations committee assisting the NY NJ Host Committee will be on hand at the Press Center in New Orleans for the week leading up to The Super Bowl. Pepenella, is one of four zone captains who was asked to represent NJ in host committee booth at this year's media event.
The Southern Ocean County Chamber recently invited New Orleans Tourism leader Kelly Schlutz to speak to the LBI Region business community about post storm recovery and shared that the 2010 Super Bowl helped showcase the renewed New Orleans after Katrina.
"Being able to see how area's in and around New Orleans benefit from the game will help LBI Region and the entire state' states Pepenella. "We were excited when it was announced for 2014, but now the possibilities of what this could mean for all of us seem endless". Lori proudly represents the state as statewide chair for New Jersey Destination Marketing Organizations and Executive Board of New Jersey Travel Industry Association.
