Stem cells topic of Jan. 30 lecture by Dr. Steven A. Meixel

Jan. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Georgetown, S.C. — Dr. Steven A. Meixel, a family medicine specialist at Waccamaw Community Care, will give a talk on stem cells at noon Wednesday, Jan. 30, in Murrells Inlet.

Meixel’s lecture is titled “Stem Cells: Miracles of Nature” and is scheduled for Wachesaw Conference Center, Room 2, across from Waccamaw Community Hospital.

Hosted by Georgetown Hospital System, the event will last about an hour and include opportunities for participants to ask questions. Lunch will be served. Space is limited. Wachesaw Conference Center is located at 4367 Riverwood Drive across from Waccamaw Community Hospital.
