Downtown Chicago a Destination for Many Buyers
Many buyers are looking at downtown Chicago as the right location for their next home purchase. It’s central location puts you close to both work and play, often within walking distance from everything from the office to the symphony and museums, not to mention dining, shopping and entertainment.
I’m finding that many empty nesters are looking at downtown Chicago condos to come in from the suburbs, to find a property that’s self-maintained and convenient for their lifestyles. I’ve also recently been working with people from all over the world, including Taiwan, Ireland, France and China. Chicago is becoming much more of an international city, as people are finding that it is much less expensive than the leading major cities of the world..
