Loveurope announce their acquisition of Soho based creative post-production facility Locomotion

Jan. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Advertising production specialist Loveurope (http://www.loveurope.com) Group today announced the completion of their acquisition of Soho based creative post-production facility Locomotion.

Steve Owens, the Loveurope Group CEO said, “we’re incredibly excited about this deal, Locomotion brings genuine creative firepower to our existing creative services portfolio and we all look forward to welcoming their hugely talented team into the group.”

He added “with clients asking us to create and adapt an increasingly diverse range of marketing content across all communication and media channels, Locomotion’s experience and reputation in the advertising, as well as the digital, film and events sector, truly enhances our offer for both agency and brand clients alike.”

Love Locomotion (LoveLoco) will continue to operate from its Soho premises under the creative leadership and management of founding partner Danny Coster, who will also work at a group level to help integrate Loveurope’s existing overseas post-production facilities based in Johannesburg, Warsaw and Kiev.

Asked about the deal, Danny Coster said “ this is a really exciting time in the development of Locomotion, the combined portfolio of Loveurope's services, international presence and diverse knowledge, will help strengthen Loco's positioning and increase our offering to clients.”

In relation to further acquisition plans, Owens said “the board have set the business an ambitious growth strategy, which certainly provides for both acquired and organic expansion. With client demand for content only set to increase, I would definitely expect to close at least one more deal for the Group during 2013 and quite possibly more.”
