Pursley Jr. will present at the Eminent Domain Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Pursley will present “Professional and Ethical Considerations for the Condemnor and the Condemnee.” Pursley is the original author of the reference guide Georgia Eminent Domain, which The Harrison Company first published in 1982.
