The event offers an open buffet brunch boasting the finest Thai cuisine including delectably flavoured delicacies for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The menu includes Appetizers like Lemon grass salad with prawn and Thai dressing, Vegetable salad with peanut and Thai lime dressing, Chicken salad with chilli powder with Thai lime, Fish salad with Green mango and Thai dressing, Vegetable spring roll with sweet chilli sauce, Rice pepper wrapped with Thai herbs and spicy sauce, Chicken satay with peanut sauce, and many more viands with the Tom yam goong soup.
The main course menu is equally alluring with Chicken Green curry with coconut milk and sweet basil, Wok fried Beef with ginger and oyster sauce, Deep fried fish with spicy sweet sour sauce, Wok fried mix vegetable with oyster sauce, Wok fried noodle with vegetable and tamarind sauce, Thai jasmine rice and an assorted dim sum trolley.
To end it all on a sweet note, the delicious dessert menu has creativity and taste at its best with Tapioca sago with sweet corn, Sweet coconut milk jelly, Boiled banana with coconut milk and a fresh Seasonal fruit platter.
