Jan. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Lafayette, Ca.- Celebrity Stylist Clark Russell is heading to Long Beach for International Salon Spa Expo (ISSE)  to unveil his be Clarked brands new educational division launch. Clark, who salon team just placed amongst the top salons in the nation in the Las Vegas Battle of the Strands Competition hosted by fellow Celebrity Stylist Kim Vo, is bringing a fresh new team of educational professionals to represent the be Clarkeducated brand.

The be Clarked professional luxury product line had it’s initial launch at the ISSE show in 2011 and has been a growing trademark in the hair care industry since. The be Clarked line  is a multi-functional line, which offers repairing, protection and superior styling support elements. The new be Clarkeducated programs are designed to be multi-functional as well, by brining extensive theory, creative vision and business concepts to its students. The be Clarkeducated team promises to deliver the same great quality in educational support as the be Clarked products deliver in product support.

Team members that will be attending ISSE for the soft launch  of the be Clarkeducated experience are Celebrity Stylist and Owner of the be Clarked companies Clark Russell, Educator and International Master Hair Cutter Jon Clifford as well as Artistic Director of Styling and NAHA Finalist Jaymz Marez..Clark Russell will be available for questions regarding the be Clarked products, the be Clarkeducated launch and his involvement on Battle of the Strands Las Vegas Competition.

The “be Clarked” professional luxury hair care line was created by Celebrity Stylist Clark Russell, with an official launch in January 2011. About Clark Russell:

Clark Russell
has built his career on knowing that being a great hairstylist means not limiting yourself to one ethnicity in hairstyling. Clark Russell, who is a "VIP Make-Over Artist”, has taken on this philosophy to his clients. When starting out in his career, Clark Russell was crossing over ethnic boundaries with his clients to give them the polished look they wanted. Clark has implemented this concept throughout his career and has become a respected stylist, make-over artist and beauty expert.

Now coined as a Celebrity Stylist, VIP Make-Over Artist and Beauty Expert, Clark has built a multi ethnic international cliental that circulates through his chair and salon. About Battle of the Strands:

Battle of the Strands is a nationwide competition between hair salons, battling it out to create the most glamorous, unique looks, from hair, to makeup and even costumes. Beauty professionals and industry icons will participate in strategic education and networking sessions, experience new tools, and witness and participate in explosive battles that challenge them in new ways.  Eliminations will begin in April 2013, with a final battle in October 2014.

About Jon Clifford:

Jon Clifford trained at Alan International in London, England in the late eighties. He attained top marks in his class and received Honors in practical and theory for his ‘World Federation of Supreme Hairdressers” certification. Immediately hired by the academy as a junior hair cutting instructor, teaching techniques that were quickly learnt and adapted to different learning styles.

Jon’s specialty is hair cutting and through many cutting classes from industry legends such as Phillip Wilson, Trevor Sorbie and Ian Gavet to name a few. Jon has created his own style of cutting, implementing classic techniques as well as modern styles of deconstructed haircuts, and no tension styles of cutting. Some of Jon’s favorite styles include strong textured layers and shorter styles utilizing multiple tools founded on the classics.

Jon Clifford has given many classes and has performed at hair shows on three different continents for companies such as Lanza, Goldwell, KMS, Ergo, Mastry of Paris and now be Clarked.
