Gregory James Debuts "Cult of Beauty" CD Release on Sunday at Red Devil LoungeThis coming Sunday, January 20, Gregory James will debut his 11th release on Valence Records called "Cult of Beauty". Along with the Quartet will be Valence artist Emily Palen who has been mesmerizing audiences with her violin improvisations. Palen will also be releasing her second album on Valence Records, "Creation". James most recent find is singer-songwriter, Nikki Borodi, who will be opening up the evening with songs she wrote for her upcoming CD. James and his label, Valence Records, are among the first labels to release music in DSD (Direct Stream Digital) audio. Engineered by Cookie Marenco, a leader in promoting DSD audio and founder of Blue Coast Records, the recording took place at her private facility using the finest tracking gear available. The title track, "Cult of Beauty", has already been selected for a prestigious spot on an album called Producer’s Choice, from Blue Coast Records.
