Spiro Agouros will MC the Canadian Ice Fishing Championship

Jan. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- 2013 Canadian Ice Fishing Championship (CIFC) is pleased to introduce Spiro Agouros as Master of Ceremonies for the 19th Annual tournament. Spiro competes in some of the most prestigious tournaments in North America. He shares his perspective on tournament fishing through his production company, On Tour Fishing with Spiro Agouros.

“Spiro brings to light the benefits angling competitions provide to the communities where they take place,” said Rosa Sharpe, CEO of Canadian Ice Fishing Championship. “It’s been our company’s mandate from the start so we see this as a good fit,” she added.  

The CIFC, Canada's Premier Catch – Photo - Release Winter Tournament, was founded in 1994, two years after the World Ice Fishing Championship was first held on Lake Simcoe. The tournament will be taking place February 23, 24, 2013 at Jackson’s Point, Ontario. Social Media promotions are already in full swing.

Historically significant and recognized by anglers provincially, nationally, and internationally, the tournament welcomes anglers from across Canada and the U.S.A.

Spiro is excited to be bringing the CIFC to the attention of anglers across the continent with his own style, using social media, including video, at OnTourFishing.com

Spiro Agouros will be featured on the cover of the Lures & Tours Western Ontario Regional Map, one of nine new maps published in addition to the Ontario directory, all available in print and online.
