Hyundai Unveils New Concept Car at Detroit Auto Show | Jim Hudson Hyundai

Jan. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA—Attendees of the North American International Auto Show are often treated to first glimpses of concept vehicles. This year, Hyundai brought its HCD-14 Genesis concept to the Detroit show.

The HCD-14 concept features a sleek, angular design that may indicate the direction that Hyundai’s premium cars will be taking in the future. According to the automaker, the concept exhibits “fluidic-precision, liquid-metal design language.”

The concept has a futuristic feel to it, with no door handles, rear-hinged back doors, and even an iPad storage station in the center console. Attendees of the auto show were impressed with the HCD-14’s look and feel.
