Surfaces, the annual exposition for floor covering and stone professionals, takes place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from 1/28 through 1/31/2013.

“Stores That Floor: Marketing to the Coveted Female Consumer” is scheduled for 1/29/13 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.  The session examines changes in today’s marketplace, including trends relevant to women customers, develops a framework for how to market and sell effectively to women, and shares lessons from other successful flooring retailers.
