Jan. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- announces the latest addition to its comparison shopping marketplace, Go-Ped ESR750 Hoverboard Li-Ion 24 electric scooter. The comparison shopping marketplace allows users to browse through a large list of products such as this electric scooter, and have a list of competing retailers for any particular product compiled for them, so that they may compare prices. Some of the products in the marketplace include other electric scooters, gas scooters, bicycles, mobility scooters, and other vehicles of a similar size range.

The Go-Ped ESR 750H Hoverboard Li-Ion 24 is a top performing scooter based on the standard Go-Ped ESR750H. Instead of the Sealed Lead Acid Battery system used to power the standard ESR750H, the ESR750H Li-Ion 24 uses a three-battery, 24Ah Lithium-Ion battery system. This reduces the overall weight of the scooter while greatly enhancing range and battery cycle life. These batteries can be fully charged in 9.8 hours using the internal on-board battery charger, or in 4.5 with the included external battery charger.

The engine behind the Go-Ped ESR 750H Hoverboard Li-Ion 24 is a 24-Volt, direct current brush motor with an aluminum heat sink. The power controller which monitors and controls this engine is a programmable variable speed controller, which allows technicians or advanced users to modify the scooter’s performance and perform board diagnostics.

The Go-Ped ESR 750H Hoverboard Li-Ion 24 has two modes of operation, called “Econo” mode and “Turbo” mode. In Econo mode, the use can travel at up to 12 miles per hour, and their maximum range is expanded to 21 miles. In Turbo mode, the rider’s maximum range on this scooter is 12 miles, but the maximum speed available to them is extended up to 20 miles per hour.

The scooter is built around the signature style Go-Ped wooden deck and its 4130 Chromoly frame. Chromoly is a steel alloy containing chromium and molybdenum. The handlebar is made of hardened aluminum. Also built-in is Go-Ped’s C.I.D.L.I (“Cantilevered Independent Dynamic Linkless Indespension”) suspension system, with front and rear swing arms.

The drive train is chain driven, and includes an auto-adjusting chain tensioner. The “Mad Dog” front disc brakes have a stainless steel “wave” disc rotor to enhance braking consistency. The Go-Ped ESR 750H Hoverboard Li-Ion 24 comes with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty and a 2 year warranty on the frame and suspension forks.

Frank Minero, founder and President at, commented on the product’s launch on the comparison shopping marketplace: “The ESR 750H Hoverboard Li-Ion 24 is an extremely energy efficient electric vehicle, and like all Go-Ped products I’ve sold and used, is built to high quality standards. We’re very happy to offer this product in the marketplace.”
