2014 Honda Accord Hybrid to be Built in the U.S. | Honda of Toms River

Jan. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- TOMS RIVER, NEW JERSEY—When the 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid hits showroom floors this fall, it will have a new claim to fame—made in the U.S.

Honda announced recently that it plans to expand an existing Marysville, Ohio plant, where it will build the 2014 Accord Hybrid. According to Honda, the Ohio plant will be the sole source of the Accord Hybrid.

The new Accord Hybrid will feature a smaller, more fuel-efficient engine, said a Honda spokesman. It will be the third hybrid that Honda has produced in the U.S.
