Entertainment & Political Influencer Stacii Jae Johnson Launches Empowering Radio Program

Jan. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- She's no stranger to the spotlight, Black Girls Radio host, Stacii Jae Johnson, is a well known political and entertainment influencer.  An accomplished business strategist, program developer, fundraiser, and professional actor with over 15 years of documented success, Stacii Jae kicks off the New Year with her newest and most powerful project to date - the launch of Black Girls Radio on WAEC 860 AM in Atlanta which will air its first show on Saturday, January 26th at 2pm.

Black Girls Radio provides a talk radio format concentrated on providing a platform directly focused on all things feminine with a consciousness towards black girls. Show segment features include: The Social-list, What Puzzles Me, Girl Masterminds and For the Record. "The Social-list" will update listeners on what is happening in and around Atlanta and other major cities from events, concerts, awards shows, panels, galas and the like. "What Puzzles Me" is an interactive segment that will focus on relationships. Stacii Jae will read letters she receives from listeners who are requesting relationship advice and at times, will feature well-known and qualified relationship experts.

"Girl Masterminds" is dedicated to empower and pay tribute to women and young ladies nationally and internationally who are Girl Masterminds. They are successful, powerful players who have found a way to fight through challenges representing various fields of the arts, corporate, sports and entertainment entrepreneurs. While "For the Record" is an opportunity for public figures such as entertainers, athletes, politicians and various people of influence to tell the real truth about accusations of untruths lashed out at them in the media.  Johnson states, "For The Record is particularly important to me because I will offer people in the spotlight the opportunity to clear up and address any accusations or blemishes against their image.  In a world where anyone can become a common-law journalist by simply blogging, reposting and retweeting on social media, it's hard to let your voice be heard above the fracas."

As Entertainment & Special Events Director in the office of Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, Stacii Jae was known as the social secretary of the south, top advisor and a member of Mayor Reed's executive leadership team for over three years. On behalf of the Mayor, she served as a representative and speaker on various panels relating to the City of Atlanta and the importance of the film/television, fashion, and music industries to the city's urban community and economy.
